The Entrance to the BCN - Watling Street Bridge, Fazeley

The picturesque footbridge at Drayton Manor Park is always worth a photo..........

................... but the mess at Curdworth Top Lock will soon be dealt with.

I've always admired the way Cincinatti looked after their canalside frontage. I've driven past it many times, but it was nice to boat past it instead!

Spaghetti Junction (aka Salford Junction) looks even more complex when seen from the canal.

Catshill Junction is overlooked by a block of 60's flats...........

.... but after that it gets pleasantly rural. (Pelsall Junction)

Pelsall Works Bridge is apparently unique on the BCN, with its iron arch and brick abutments.

The Canal Museum at Birchills provided a colourful mooring with working boats for company.

Rumpus is dwarfed by the bulidings around Walsall Basin.

Rumpus broken down under Midland Road Bridge (Kevin Maslin)

Mormon Elders Genet and Barnes were my bowhauling saviours up Ryders Green locks.

Farmer's Bridge top.............

..... and in the "tunnel" under the Telecom Tower.

"Haven't we broken it yet??" The Boss on locking duty.

Barker's Bridge has been nicely restored.

I must apologise for the lack of variation in vewpoint on these photos (known to some as "John Gagg" photos) - they have been taken as "evidence" for my BCN Challenge Award, so needed to have a bit of the boat in!
